Aesthetic care, grounded in medicine.

Rina is a licensed Physician Assistant practicing within a Century City ENT office, bringing an anatomist's precision to facial aesthetics. In addition to her work in otolaryngology, Rina has experience performing facial neurotoxin treatments aimed at reducing the appearance of dynamic facial lines. Her approach emphasizes precision and balance, focusing on natural-looking outcomes that maintain facial expression while subtly enhancing a patient's overall appearance.

Rina is committed to thoughtful, patient-centered care and believes that effective treatment begins with careful evaluation and clear communication.

Two treatments. One considered approach.

A focused aesthetic menu — neuromodulator and regenerative skin therapy — each done deliberately rather than added to a long list of add-ons.

Xeomin®

The Botox® Alternative

A "naked" neuromodulator — no accessory proteins — used to soften expression lines and prevent new ones from deepening. Dosed conservatively for a rested, natural look, never frozen.

  • Forehead, frown lines & crow's feet
  • Preventative / "baby Xeomin" dosing available
  • Jawline (masseter) & TMJ-related tension

Microneedling with PDRN

Collagen induction therapy paired with PDRN (polynucleotides) — a regenerative serum that supports skin repair, hydration, and tone from within.

  • Fine lines, texture & enlarged pores
  • Dull tone, dehydration & early sun damage
  • Post-acne scarring
  • Series recommended for full regenerative effect

The science

What is PDRN, really?

PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide — a naturally derived molecule, most commonly sourced from salmon DNA, long used in wound care and tissue repair before making its way into aesthetics.

When micro-channeled into the skin during microneedling, PDRN helps activate the skin's own repair pathways — encouraging fibroblast activity, collagen production, and improved circulation at the treatment site.

Unlike treatments that simply resurface the skin, PDRN works with the skin's biology, which is why results tend to build gradually and look like your own skin, only healthier.

01

Micro-channels are created

Fine, sterile needles create controlled micro-injuries that trigger the skin's natural healing response.

02

PDRN is delivered

The regenerative serum is applied through the channels, reaching deeper than a topical product alone could.

03

Repair & renewal begin

Over the following weeks, skin rebuilds collagen and improves texture, tone, and hydration.

Beyond Cosmetic

Jaw tension? TMJ discomfort? There's a treatment for that.

Neurotoxin isn't only cosmetic. Injected into overactive jaw muscles, it's an effective option for TMJ-related pain and chronic clenching — and treating it inside an ENT practice means your head and neck are evaluated by people who specialize in exactly that.

Sound familiar?

  • Jaw pain, soreness, or tightness — especially in the morning
  • Clenching or grinding your teeth (bruxism), day or night
  • Clicking, popping, or limited jaw opening
  • Frequent tension headaches or temple pressure
  • Ear fullness or facial muscle fatigue
  • A jawline that looks wider or more squared from enlarged masseter muscles

How neurotoxin helps

Small, precisely placed injections of neurotoxin (Xeomin®) into the masseter — and when appropriate, the temporalis — relax the overworked muscles responsible for clenching and grinding. Most patients notice the jaw beginning to release within 1–2 weeks, with reduced pain, fewer tension headaches, and less nighttime grinding over the following months.

A welcome side effect for many: as the masseter relaxes, the lower face often appears subtly slimmer and softer — a natural refinement, not a changed face.

Treatment starts with a consultation to evaluate your symptoms, rule out other causes, and determine whether you're a candidate.
